The Problem: many garden utilities sit at or barely above ground level: flush manhole covers, level drain lids, ground-flush tree stumps, flat meter box lids, cable entry points, and low valve housings. These objects are typically wide (up to ø 42 cm) but rise no more than ~15 cm above the surface.

Standard artificial stone covers are too tall for these objects. The S-01 stands 23 cm, the S-03 rises to 46 cm — placed over a flush lid, they create a conspicuous hump that draws attention rather than concealing.

The Solution: an ultra-flat stone that hugs the ground. The S-06 resolves this with just 19 cm total height — the lowest profile of any S-series model. The broad, flat disc shape (56 × 51 cm footprint) distributes the silhouette horizontally, mimicking a natural fieldstone that has settled into the ground over time.

The result: a stone that doesn't sit on the lawn — it sits in the landscape. For flush-with-ground objects, this is the only proportionate concealment solution in the GARTENDEK lineup.

Note: handmade production — colour and dimensional variations of 3–5 cm are normal and contribute to natural appearance.

Safety and load limitations: supports 100+ kg static load under normal conditions. Not load-bearing, not designed for impact loads, and not intended for jumping or active play without structural adaptation. Use in children's/public zones is possible with a pre-agreed usage scenario, engineering adaptation, and safety coordination.

The S-06 is constructed from multi-layer fiberglass composite — the same material class used in marine construction. The outer surface is natural marble chips and marble powder in an ISO/NPG class gelcoat.

Colour is not applied as paint or film — it is formed by adding natural stone chips and stone dust directly into the gelcoat compound. The colour is an integral part of the material. Available in two variants: Gray and Red.

At 1 metre viewing distance, the S-06 is indistinguishable from a natural granite fieldstone.
