1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed by consumers via our online shop.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession, within the meaning of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council.

3. Conclusion of Contract
- By displaying products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items.
- The contract is formed when you accept the offer of the goods in your shopping cart by clicking the order button.
- Immediately after sending your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are stated in euros and include statutory VAT applicable to your country of delivery.
In addition to the product prices, shipping costs may apply, which are clearly displayed during the order process.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by you. All orders are shipped from within the European Union.

In case of visible transport damage, please report it to the carrier immediately and contact us as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Payment

Payment must be made immediately after the conclusion of the contract.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
9. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery company immediately and contact us as soon as possible.
Failure to make a complaint or contact us will not affect your legal rights but will help us to assert our claims against the carrier.
10. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation.
11. Liability
We are liable in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions of Slovenian law. Our liability for damages is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence, except for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, for which we are liable regardless of fault.
12. Applicable Law
The laws of the Republic of Slovenia apply, as the country of registration of VSDN d.o.o., excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of habitual residence shall remain unaffected in accordance with Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I).
13. Online Dispute Resolution
