Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to return your order within 14 days in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Conditions:
- unused
- complete
- in original packaging
Returns at Customer's Request
If the product is not defective:
- Standard parcels → return cost paid by customer
- Pallet shipments → collection arranged, up to €50 may be deducted
Refund is issued after inspection.
Damaged or Defective Delivery
If your order is damaged, contact us within 48 hours and provide photos.
For pallet deliveries:
- note damage before signing
- or refuse delivery

Wrong Item Sent
If you receive the wrong item:
- return shipping covered by GARTENDEK
- replacement or refund available
- resolution within 5 business days
Item Not as Described
If the product differs from the description, contact us within 14 days.
Return costs are covered by GARTENDEK.
Exceptions
Items cannot be returned if:
- custom-made or personalized
Used or installed items may be subject to value reduction under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
An additional 3–5 business days may be required by your bank.
Large Item Returns
For heavy items:
- do not ship independently
- contact us first
- we arrange collection
