All products are designed by VSDN d.o.o. (Slovenia) and manufactured in the EU.

For EU customers:
- No customs clearance
- No import duties
- No additional paperwork
Delivery Times
- Germany: 5–7 business days
- EU countries: 7–10 business days
- Pallet shipments: up to 15 business days
Pallet Delivery — Please Provide a Contact Number
For pallet shipments (L, XL, XXXL stones and fountain basins), the carrier must coordinate delivery directly with you.
Please provide a direct phone number when placing your order. Without it, delivery may be delayed or rescheduled.
Shipping Methods
- Standard parcels: DPD, GLS, postal services
- Pallets: specialized logistics partners
Shipping Costs
Delivery within the EU is included for standard parcels (raised beds and S/M stones).
For pallet shipments (L, XL, XXXL stones and fountain basins), shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Packaging
Products are packaged according to category:
- Stones → wooden crates
- Raised beds → reinforced cardboard boxes
- Fountain basins → pallet delivery
Damaged Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and provide photos.
For pallet deliveries:
- note damage before signing
- or refuse delivery
