Thank you for choosing our family business. We want you to feel comfortable and safe with every purchase. That’s why we have created fair and transparent return rules – with heart and responsibility.
1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (30 Days)
You may return most items within 30 days of receipt if they are in the same condition as when you received them – unused, complete and undamaged, unless otherwise agreed.
- Please return the item in its original packaging.
Please note:
- For returns based on personal reasons (e.g. incorrect size, change of mind), where the product is not faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. A refund will be issued after the item is received and inspected.
2. Damaged or Lost Delivery
Please check the packaging carefully upon delivery. If it is damaged, document it with photos and contact us. Together we will find a suitable solution.
Possible options include:
a price reduction
a replacement part or reshipment
a full refund including shipping costs
Important: If you notice visible shipping damage at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package and note the reason for refusal on the delivery document provided by the courier.
3. Item Does Not Match Description
If an item significantly differs from its description, please send us photos for review.
You may return the item within 14 days. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Return
The following items are excluded from the right of return (unless defective):
opened hygiene products
personalized or custom-made items
sealed media or software once opened
perishable goods
5. Additional Notes
Please remove all personal data from devices before returning them.
Returns must be made in the same condition in which you received the goods.
If an incorrect item is accidentally returned, no refund can be issued.
6. Return of Oversized Items (over 175 cm in length)
Some of our products, such as large raised beds, exceed standard dimensions and are considered bulky goods.
For these items:
The return will be handled via a scheduled pick-up by a specialized transport company
The pick-up will be arranged in coordination with our customer service
For returns initiated at the customer’s request, we reserve the right to deduct the standard collection costs (up to €50) from the refund amount
If the item is damaged or faulty, we will of course cover the collection costs in full
