Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We only process returns if the following conditions are met:


Returns at the request of the buyer

We strive to meet our customers' expectations and constantly improve the quality of our products. However, if for any reason you decide to return the goods after receiving them, the following applies: – Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. – Your item must be in its original packaging. – In this case, the shipping costs for delivery and returns will not be covered.


Product damaged due to delivery process

Our company constantly checks the quality of the shipped items and makes the most reliable packaging for shipping. However, we use the services of Swiss Post and other third-party companies for the delivery of goods. And we cannot take responsibility for the quality of their work. In order to receive compensation from a carrier and reimburse you for the cost of your purchase, there are several requirements that must be met, which are almost the same for all carriers. Therefore, we can only refund you in full if you: – Repair the damage to the packaging and fill out the required documents (damage report) in the presence of the carrier's representative; – In the presence of the freight forwarder's representative, make a photo report of the damaged item (damaged box, lid). – Make a copy (photo) of the damage report for us. – Send us a message via a support channel regarding damaged items with attached photos and a damage report. If, after receiving the goods with damaged packaging, you have not indicated in the documentation that the packaging was damaged, we will not be able to file any claims with the carrier later, which means that we will not be able to compensate you for all possible risks. If the packaging of the goods is not damaged, but you notice damage or defects, be sure to note them and send us a photo so that we can offer you the best solution.


The product does not conform to the description

If you find that the product does not conform to the description, you must contact us, clearly state the reasons and details of the non-conformity and confirm your arguments with a photo. -Shipping costs will be refunded once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will examine it and notify you of receipt. We will notify you of the status of your refund as soon as we examine the item. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
